Overcome Overthinking, Negative Thoughts, And Depression

Overthinking often leads to negative thoughts, and this leads to depression. In order to avoid this, what must we do?

“Well, How was your day?”, or “How’s your day going?”, or “Good morning”, or “All the best for Today” are all common phrases. Overthinking is a very common problem every aged person experiences. It seems to be just a normal problem but it could lead to mental disability or depression which could give you the ability to commit suicide.

According to a report by the World Health Organization (WHO), around 800,000 peoples commit suicide out of depression among which the maximum number of peoples are teenagers between ages 15-19. The number of suicides committed is primarily by teenagers because they overthink about their future, their responsibilities, or some about results, etc.

How Does It All Happen?

To summarize the process, overthinking gives leads to negative thoughts, and negative thoughts lead to depression. But good thing is that many people control themselves at the 2nd stage i.e Negative thoughts. Their brain is powerful and capable of holding negative thoughts.

What To Do When We Overthink

Two things lead you to overthink. First, is you would be free at that time without any work. Second, you would be doing the work in which you aren’t interested or feel frustrated while doing that work.

To overcome, you need a daily routine to manage things perfectly in your life. You should consult a doctor because it is not easy to come out of it. People facing depression often have thoughts of suicide.
