What was the inspiration for you to become a fitness coach/model?
My inspiration was born in 2015 when I chose to change my life, and also change the lives of others. I got to know fitness and it became my passion and my job.
What is your role in the fitness industry?
My role is in the sports fashion industry, although lately I also like modelling for elegant styles.
What is your daily schedule like? Is it non-negotiable?
Actually, I have a very planned day. I’m a perfection freak and I can’t get out of this perfectionism. I love the busy life!
What are some foods you suggest to boost immunity? Do you believe that “You are what you eat?”
Good question! In this pandemic period, it is essential to safeguard the immune system. I have been eating and healthy for 4 years, fruit and vegetables in at least 3 meals a day. They are essential foods to create antibodies, through their micro-nutrients. I also recommend a vitamin C supplement and a multivitamin.
What according to you are the 5 workouts that can be done at home?
I recommend a high intensity training program to all my clients. Obviously, it is optimal in this period to make a total body, perhaps with a TABATA methodology.
How to improve mind – muscle connection?
Mind-muscle connection is the basis of a good workout. The mechanical tension caused during the workout makes you muscle and tonic!
On the road towards good health, what was one obstacle that was harder to overcome than others?
The obstacles have been and will always be many. I believe that it is life that is a continuous fight every day between what you want and what you can get. I tell you that if you want, you can!

What would you tell women who have been pressurized into having a curvy and full body? How would you motivate them?
Girls, learn that no one is perfect. We are involved by the judgments of the company which incurring to significantly change what is our thought. Work out and eat well if you don’t like your body any more. Remember that we will all die inside our bodies. It’s up to us to take care of it. Power!
What makes you feel like the star version of yourself?
Train, train and be a reference point for someone. I am creating a digital gym, it’s called “Atlanta Fit” where I will tell my story and my success.
